2005 Whippets and Clogs - Great North Circular |
| This is the 3rd Annual
Whippets & Clogs Weekend Ride-Out event, this year starting from
Skipton. The 450 mile round trip takes in the north Yorkshire Dales, Kielder forest,
crosses
into Scotland and has an overnight stop in Berwick-upon-Tweed, before
returning over the Northern Pennines, travelling down the edge of the
Lake District, and back into the Yorkshire Dales to Skipton.
Some of the north's best biking roads all strung together for your pure enjoyment, amidst the best scenery and amongst the friendliest of folks. But, please book quickly as this is always a very popular event and we will be limiting the number of attendees to around 25 tops. The 3rd annual Whippets & Clogs event - as good as previous ones, if not better. A solid weekend of unadulterated fun. |
